Tannum Fitness Centre is a fitness and leisure facility located in the coastal town of Tannum Sands on the central east coast of Queensland, Australia, just south of the city of Gladstone.

Our family-owned and operated business opened nearly four decades ago in 1981 as Tannum Sands Squash Centre, with 4 squash courts. Over the years, we have evolved into one of the most diverse and unique fitness and leisure centres in the Central Queensland region.

Tannum Fitness Centre offers a comprehensive range of fitness and leisure activities to suit everyone. A fully equipped Gym, Indoor Climbing, Squash Court, Mini Golf, Short-Mat Carpet Bowls (NEW), Electronic SmartWall, Bubble Footy and Infrared Sauna make Tannum Fitness Centre one of the most distinctive Fitness & Leisure Centres in the region.  A new activity – Puzzle Rooms – will soon be introduced, so watch out for these.  We are always trying to improve and diversify our facilities and activities, ensuring a laid-back, affordable and family friendly environment.

Located in Tannum Sands, we service our valued customers in the wide Gladstone and Central Queensland regions as well as visitors to our lovely area.

The Indoor Rock Climbing, Mini Golf, Short-Mat Bowls, Puzzle Rooms, Bubble Footy and SmartWall are ideal for group, team, family, school or club activities and social functions.  Tannum Fitness Centre is also a great venue for children’s parties. The covered entertainment area and barbeque can be used in conjunction with group bookings. The squash court can also be utilized for rebound volleyball, trac-ball, grip-ball, mini-tennis. We have all the equipment available, free of use for groups or with court hire, and just need a short time to set up.
