At the SupaFit Performance Centre, we have a huge range of functional group training classes to suit everyone from all ages, body shapes/sizes and fitness levels.
We have Strength & Conditioning, Boxing, kickboxing, Obstacle, HIIT, Kids Functional Fitness and Kickboxing, and of course our famous 6 week “SupaShredder” transformation challenge that has helped hundreds of hills locals get AMAZING results over the last 4 years.
We also have a supplement and training gear shop to round out our fitness facility as a “One Stop Fitness Shop”
