Hello, I’m Carmel.
I’m a Gestalt Therapist and Art Therapist in Sydney. My passion is seeing individuals and couples connect and have healthy relationships. I help people build an unshakeable connection to their deepest self and confidence to bring that into the world in meaningful, vital and satisfying ways.
I have worked in a variety of counselling settings such as Mental Health and am in private practice. I have facilitated workshops for pre-puberty young girls educating them about their bodies. Run art therapy workshops for the Randwick Art4Connection day. Also, designed group programs for the RSL Aged Care facility.
