As a multidisciplinary health centre, we offer an extensive range of specialist skills and services including sports physiotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy, lymphoedema clinic, women’s health clinic, deep tissue massage, dry needling, shockwave therapy and comprehensive foot analysis, incorporating GaitScan.

We also offer psychology services (including children’s psychology), dietetics, personalised gym programs, clinical pilates classes and other fitness classes.

The Pro-Fit team comprises 17 highly qualified and experienced specialists – seven physiotherapists, five psychologists, a dietitian, an exercise physiologist, two remedial masseurs and a personal trainer– who are supported by a practice manager and two receptionists.
