Mark Rogerson has worked with some of the most acclaimed glass firms in the world, including Goddard and Gibbs, Fusion Glass and Saper Glass, since 1997.
He believes in the potential of glass to transform any space from ordinary to extraordinary.
As a professional glass craftsman, Mark has completed design projects for a diverse list of clients, including Buckingham Palace, the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi, Bono of U2 and the Emirates Hotel in Dubai.
Mark trained in Sunderland in England, the birthplace of British stained glass, and graduated with a BA Honours in Glass Design. Having now moved to Sydney with his Australian wife, he has founded Mark Rogerson Glassto bring his expertise to Australian residential and commercial glass projects, and train the next generation of quality glass craftsmen in the historic art of decorative glass.
In one of his recent projects in Australia, SBS TVcommissioned Mark Rogerson Glass to create glass Coolamons (traditional bowls), which were gifted to the Australian Government to commemorate the NITV free to air-launch in December 2012.
