MANUMISSION YOGA is a small team of dedicated yoga instructors which have come together to create a yoga school based on the 8 limbs of traditional yoga. We all have been greatly influenced by the Ashtanga practice, and the Sivananada teachings. Our classes are built around highly refined sequencing, which will give the student a safe and complete yoga practice. Some classes might be free-flowing classical vinyasa style, or slower gentler Hatha styles, but all are grounded in mindfulness and breath control and breath awareness. The MANUMISSION YOGA school invites beginners to start their yoga journey in a safe and caring environment. Vinyasa, Yin, Restoring Classes, Workshops and traditional Hatha classes will give you choices to find the right kind of yoga for yourself.
