Heat Tech was established in 1995 with the aim to increase the Heat Treatment and associated engineering service levels to the construction, petrochemical manufacturing, and power generation sectors of industry. Heat Tech has a strong Oil and Gas, Refinery, Mining and Power Generation based business, as a specialist supplier of heat treatment equipment and technical expertise. Many reasons give the need for Preheating, including the reduction of residual stresses and to reduce hydrogen absorption during the welding process. The use of Heat Techs heat treatment units and the expertise of personnel ensure correct temperatures throughout welding.
