FLOW HOT YOGA AND PILATES is due to open in March 2020. FLOW is an amazing NEW HOT YOGA warehouse and REFORMER PILATES studio all in one location, opening March 2020. Facilities include, showers, changing rooms, lockers, toilets, hair dryers, zen zone to chill out in, retail shop and ample parking. Classes include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates in a HOT studio, HOT (Bikram) Yoga, Flow HOT Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation and Yin Yoga in a non-heated room. FLOW is accessible to all ages no matter your fitness, strength or flexibility. We’re all on our own journey to improve our mind, body and spirit.
