Dukes Gym is a 24 hour gym in Richmond, VIC 3121. We have a huge free weights area with plenty of squat racks, bumper plates and sturdy lifting platforms as well as a wide variety of machinery and cardio equipment. There is plenty of open space for stretching and mobility work. Personal training is also available with custom training programs and meal plans. The Gym is staffed Monday to Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm. This gym is a great fit for anyone just looking to get in shape, as well as those into powerlifting, bodybuilding, crossfit or Olympic weightlifting.
