Damp Controllers specialises in sub-floor ventilation systems to help control the various symptoms of rising damp (mould, musty odours & wetness).

Our 240v fans are proven to provide superior air circulation by forcing fresh air into the subfloor area, circulating it, and then blowing the damp air back out. By regulating the circulation of air under the house, damp problems can be effectively controlled.

If the house lacks natural ventilation, we can also supply and install various sizes of brass wire vents to assist in the air flow. If a damp proof course is required, we can drill holes and inject a water-based, non-toxic cream. We can also arrange re-rendering should the plaster be damaged.
