Bend it like Bec is a yoga studio located in Sydney’s inner west. Boutique yoga classes with an emphasis on meridian based yoga therapy as well as classical asana. The studio provides both private & group yoga practices that focus on specific issues, like women’s health (pre & post-natal), neck & shoulder pain, digestive health & back pain and stress. Morning classes also focus on strength and vitality. Overall classes look to create balance and stability within the body, and utilize traditional Chinese medicine and Zen Shiatsu therapy for a seasonal approach.
