The Education Gap believes that Early Childhood Education and Development is one of the most important parts of a child’s life and their biggest influence is their family and the Educators who help develop them.
The Education Gap believes we need to change community perception of Early Childhood Educators and move from ‘Childcare Workers’ to Educators. The Education Gap is committed to driving and supporting this change, professionalising the status, and empowering Early Childhood Educators everyday so they all receive the recognition and rewards they really do deserve”.
