Kinesiology is a wellness modality that was developed by chiropractors in the U.S.A.  Kinesiology uses a mix of western science and eastern philosophies of healing to balance the bodies energy systems so the body can let go of unwanted stress and find a healthy balance again.

A major component of why kinesiology is successful is the use of muscle monitoring.  Small changes in muscle tone are detected to signal the practitioner about where stress is being held in the body, the stress can be physical, emotional or spiritual.  The changes in muscle tone can tell us what needs to be let go and the best way to go about it.

Kinesiology is effective at removing stress from our body because the practitioner does not decide and of the process of the session.  Instead, the client’s body gives all the needed information to the practitioner to be acted upon through muscle monitoring.  The muscle monitoring allows the conscious mind of the subject to be bypassed, bringing to light subconscious information.  When the subconscious stressors of the body are let go, the body can find its own harmony mush easier.
